Cancellation/Refund Policy

At this time we do not provide refunds on products. We do our very best to accommodate our customers. We will allow 1 product replacement if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order. You may be responsible for re-shipment cost. Our goal is truly your satisfaction with our products and we make every effort to accomplish this. 

Damaged orders can be replaced by filing a claim through UPS or USPS based on the shipping method.

The Bodyandsoulnaturally.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Body and Soul Naturally. Bodyandsoulnaturally.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). We offer non-toxic personal care products that include, Whipped Shea Butter, Aluminum Free Deodorant, Bug Repellent, Body Wash, Eczema Cream, Body Oil and more. We are constantly working with cosmetic chemist to improve our products and may change ingredients from time to time to accomplish this.

Visiting Bodyandsoulnaturally.com or sending emails to Body and Soul Naturally constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. Body and Soul Naturally and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion. 

Modifications to Pricing, Products or Shipping 

Prices are subject to change at any time. Body and Soul Naturally reserves the right to modify products, pricing or shipping methods upon posting to our site. At this time, Body and Soul Naturally does NOT ship outside the United States. Please allow 3 business days for receipt of product delivery. We cannot be responsible for damages that occur during shipping. We take every precaution to package your order in bubble wrap, and hope UPS drivers are not careless during delivery. We are also NOT responsible for replacing products that become damaged from sitting in hot weather too long.
